普通螺旋输送机遇到潮湿、粘性大或者结块料时，容易在料仓出口堵住，形成“拱形”导致下料中断。破拱螺旋输送机把输送和破拱功能合二为一，驱动装置带动转动耙上的破拱轴高速旋转，多组破拱搅棒以强劲的机械力对物料进行全方位搅动，将结块物料打散破碎成松散状态。在破拱完成的同时，螺旋输送机本体开始发挥作用。螺旋叶片围绕中心轴旋转，形成连续的螺旋推力，将松散物料沿输送槽向前推移。螺旋输送机下方接星型卸料阀，密封锁气，定量给料。

　　Ordinary screw conveyors are prone to blockage at the outlet of the silo when encountering damp, sticky, or clumped materials, forming an "arch" and causing interruption of material discharge. 　　部分客户需求：

　　物料葡萄糖，DN250.标准法兰口，会结块，需要先破拱打散块料后通过螺旋输送机输送，一小时输送2~2.5吨，需求总套数多，但现在不确定效果，想先一台试用。

　　物料：石灰石粉，料仓圆锥形，隔板12厚锰钢，物料比重1.3.产量10t/h，石灰料结块架桥下不来，推荐加装料仓刮料破拱器，以及破拱.锁气.防冲料.组合螺旋输送机，星型卸料阀轴两端用气密封。

　　物料：碳酸钾，比重0.7~0.8.卸料量30分钟1吨左右，烘干出来有少量的大块，10~15cm，正常是粉末，大块需要打散破碎一下，防爆，DN200或者DN250.块料破碎后经过螺旋输送机，水平距离2米，螺旋输送机出料口下方接旋转卸料阀，需高密封锁气型。

　　破拱螺旋给料机，破碎糖霜，有时候结块，破拱阀过一下就行，全304材质，DN300.配合旋转阀定量卸料。

　　含水率50%块状污泥5-6cm，有一定的粘性，破碎后进入螺旋输送机，输送距离5m，随后污泥经过卸料阀进入锅炉，要求密封锁气，且能观察物料输送状况。

　　破拱螺旋输送机，破碎物料Ca0、结块料、部分浇注料，物料温度200℃，进料粒度：>30mm 的料预计10%，个别结块料可达50mm，出料粒度<10mm，处理量15th，Ca0 堆积密度0.7t/m³，破拱打散后输送至下一处，距离3.5m。

　　物料：结块化工产品有腐蚀性，料仓下料易结块堵塞，需要组合型破拱螺旋输送机，DN300接口，316L材质，输送距离2.5米，且密封锁气，卸料阀下方称重计量包装。

　　物料：氧化铝粉末可能结块，需要破碎打散一下，从烘干设备出来可能会成团块状，每小时2吨输送量，螺旋输送机2~3米。

　　The conveying medium is anhydrous iron phosphate powder material, with a material temperature of 200 ℃ and a pH value of 1.8-2.5; Crushing and dynamic knife quenching treatment, with a tooth thickness of 8mm. The inside of the arch breaking valve is required to have no sharp edges, clean and free of residual metal and other powders. The inlet and outlet are closed, and the material is 304 with a copper content of ≤ 0.5%. After the arch breaking block material is bridged, it is evenly fed to the rotary valve through a screw conveyor.

　　The arch breaking screw conveyor is used to crush materials Ca0. agglomerated materials, and partially poured materials. The material temperature is 200 ℃, and the feed particle size is expected to be 10% for materials with a particle size greater than 30mm. Some agglomerated materials can reach 50mm, and the discharge particle size is less than 10mm. The processing capacity is 15th, and the Ca0 bulk density is 0.7t/m ³. After breaking the arch, it is transported to the next location at a distance of 3.5m.

　　Material: Agglomerated chemical products are corrosive and prone to clumping and blockage during material discharge from the silo.
