It is a key raw material for the electrolyte (inorganic lithium salt) with the chemical formula LiPF ₆, which dissociates in organic solvents to provide lithium ions and achieve ion conduction between the positive and negative electrodes. The four main materials of lithium batteries are: positive electrode material, negative electrode material, separator, and electrolyte (including lithium hexafluorophosphate). ‌‌

　　极 致耐磨抗冲蚀‌：碳化钨显微硬度达 HV 1500–1800(HRA 90+)，仅次于金刚石，对磨粒磨损、气固两相流冲击的耐受性比不锈钢/司太立合金高 3–100 倍，有效防止转子/阀芯表面形成沟槽、凹坑。

　　防金属接触：禁铜、锌等金属接触。

　　维持密封精度‌：减少因磨损导致的转子与阀体间隙扩大，避免物料泄漏、杂质侵入或卡阻故障，延长密封件寿命，保障连续生产稳定性。

　　Ultimate wear resistance and erosion resistance: The microhardness of tungsten carbide reaches HV 1500-1800 (HRA 90+), second only to diamond. Its resistance to abrasive wear and gas-solid two-phase flow impact is 3-100 times higher than that of stainless steel/Stellite alloy, effectively preventing the formation of grooves and pits on the surface of the rotor/valve core.

　　Maintain sealing accuracy: reduce the expansion of the gap between the rotor and the valve body caused by wear, avoid material leakage, impurity intrusion, or blockage faults, extend the life of the seal, and ensure continuous production stability.

　　电动破碎阀主要由‌驱动系统、传动系统、破碎执行机构、阀体与密封组件‌四大部分构成。破碎过程‌：物料落入阀体后，大块料被旋转齿、叶片或双轴反向剪切机构(可以各种破碎齿)通过‌挤压、剪切、撞击‌作用打散，粒度控制在可输送范围(通常≤10mm，定制版5mm~6mm)。

　　The electric crushing valve mainly consists of four parts: the drive system, transmission system, crushing actuator, valve body, and sealing components. Crushing process: After the material falls into the valve body, large pieces of material are dispersed by rotating teeth, blades, or biaxial reverse shearing mechanisms (which can be various crushing teeth) through squeezing, shearing, and impact, with particle size controlled within the transportable range (usually ≤ 10mm, customized version 5mm~6mm).
