打散破碎阀工作原理:
动力传递:电机经减速机将高速低扭转为低速高扭,驱动破碎主轴或双轴组定向/反向同步旋转。
破碎作用:物料进入阀体后,被高速运动的破碎齿/刀片/爪组通过剪切、挤压、撕扯等方式分解块料,直至打散破碎到客户需求粒度,破碎齿多种形式,或可定制;单轴/双轴/多叶交错式,款式齐全。
协同控制:部分型号集成启闭调节功能,在破碎同时实现定量连续卸料,防止料仓搭桥、起拱、卡料。
安全保护:遇不可碎硬物时,可触发过载反转或停机,避免损坏。

Working principle of dispersing and crushing valve:
